Best real estate agents I have come across in the ten years I’ve had investment properties. Their fees are by far the best in the area and there is less of them! Perhaps their strongest quality though is their responsiveness and communication skills. It is very rare for me to need to call them as they contact me when required. They were incredibly helpful following the 2020 hail that damaged my property and did an amazing job of liaising with the insurance company, contractors and tenants. To anyone needing a property manager I cannot recommend Melina, Yana, Justin and the whole team enough.
