Second to none service

Due to circumstances preventing us from being able to use our usual method of For Sale By Owner we were in need of an agent to sell our Greenbank property. Mel property manager amazing

Since engaging Remax to manage my property Mel my property manager has been amazing. Dealing with a number of difficult scenarios. Mel is always pleasant to deal with great communication keeping me updated at all times. Mel has made herself available even on her days off which has been greatly appreciated. I changed to Remax and glad I made the change.

Wow! Rachelle is next level...

When it comes to trusting someone to manage your property the team at Remax (Rachelle) would be hard to top. The communication, advice, follow up and just how organised they are is amazing. Also, having spoken to the recent long-term outgoing tenants I can well and truly speak for them on their side as well and their experiences were the same. If you are looking for a manager who works seamlessly with everyone's best interests at heart, who generally cares about doing a great job you could not go past talking with Rachelle at Remax. Communication has been Exceptional

Her communication has been exceptional from the start, with clear step by step instructions on how to navigate the process as a first time landlord. Our house was leased within a day of being online. I don't think I have had property managers, or a real estate agency as professional and easy to deal with as yourselves. I also do not give that kind of feedback lightly and have very high standards of what I expect from a landlord and property manager, (which is why we have moved house so many times) which you have certainly met.
